Julie Longua Peterson is a associate professor in the Psychology Department and the director of the Women’s and Gender Studies program at the University of New England.  She is the principal investigator of the Self and Close Relationships Lab.  Julie received her B.A. from the University of Dayton in 2004.  She received her Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 2010.
